Flower Friday

We had a cooler than usual morning, so Daisy and I spent it cleaning up the yard.  Just about everything got a summer buzz.  Daisy did her part by 'collecting' all the nursery pots to be recycled.
We wanted to show you these beautiful flowers.  We love the bright, contrasting colors.  They will die off in about a week, take a little break, then produce another round.

    They are gorgeous flowers. We only have native bushes that don't require much water.

    What beautiful flowers Daisy & you look lovely next to them. Everything here in Houston is burnt. It's been in the 100's for over a week now. We can't go outside unless it's dark and then it's still in the 90"s. We are so ready for the fall.
